2008 Radio City Rockettes/WEtv Sweepstakes Official Rules

The 2008 Radio City Rockettes/WEtv Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to female legal US residents of the continental US who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

1. Sweepstakes Period:

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00AM on November 19, 2008 and ends at 5:00PM on December 30, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period").

2. Sponsors:

Madison Square Garden, L.P. ("MSG") and Women's Entertainment LLC ("WE").

3. How to Enter:

(a) To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period viewers of the WEtv television channel ("WEtv") will be encouraged to visit www.radiocitychristmas.com to submit their Sweepstakes entries. Entries must include an entrant's full name, mailing address, age, e-mail address and daytime and evening phone numbers. Limit: one (1) entry per person. If more than one entry is submitted by any person or email address, only the first entry received will be eligible.

(b) All entry forms become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, or prevent an entrant from participating if fraud or other failure destroys the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsors do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, mail delay, seeding or printing errors, lost/delayed/garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or failures of any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, ineligible, damaged or misdirected entries or any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in Sponsors' opinion, this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes and, in such event, to select the winner by randomly drawing from among all valid entries received, up to such time of cancellation, termination, or suspension.

4. Eligibility:

Sweepstakes open to female legal US residents of the continental US who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees and directors of Madison Square Garden, L.P., Women's Entertainment LLC, and their respective parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, their respective advertising and promotion agencies and immediate family members and persons living in the same households of the above are ineligible. The term "immediate family" shall mean spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents and grandchildren.

5. Selection of Winners:

On or about January 31, 2009, the winner will be selected by Sponsors in a random drawing from and among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone on or about January 31, 2009. Winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsors a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Release ("Affidavit") within 48 hours of receipt. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Sponsors' decisions on the selection of winners, and all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, shall be final.

6. Prizes: Grand Prize:

(a) One (1) grand prize winner ("Winner") will receive a "Rockette Experience" prize package, as follows:

• The opportunity for the Winner and up to three (3) of the Winner's guests ("Guests") to participate in a three (3) hour workshop ("Workshop") held in New York City and taught by a current member of the Radio City Rockettes ("Rockette") to learn precision dance techniques from the Radio City Rockettes' repertoire and to participate in a mock "audition." The Workshop shall take place on a date in 2009 to be agreed to by the Winner and Sponsors;
• The opportunity to participate in a meet and greet with the Rockette leading the Workshop to ask questions and take photos;
• Four (4) tickets to a behind-the-scenes tour of Radio City Music Hall;
• Roundtrip air transportation (as selected by Sponsors) for the Winner and her Guests to attend the Workshop;
• One (1) night reasonable hotel accommodations (up to two (2) rooms, as necessary) in New York City for the Winner and her Guests (room and tax only, no incidentals whatsoever) at a hotel to be selected by Sponsors;
• Roundtrip ground transportation, as reasonably selected by Sponsors, to and from the airport in New York City;
• Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $3,600.

(b) All travel arrangements in connection with the Grand Prize shall be made by Sponsors. Winner is solely responsible for any expenses not expressly described as part of the Grand Prize package listed above, including but not limited to meals. Prize cannot be transferred, substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsors' sole discretion. In the event of prize unavailability, the prize or any portion of the prize may be substituted for one of equal or greater value, in Sponsors' sole discretion. If the Winner is: unreachable or does not make direct contact with Sponsors by the date specified in the notification; fails to accept the prize; fails to return the signed and notarized Affidavit within the specified time period; is found to be ineligible, or if the Winner does not comply with these Official Rules, then the Winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting, at Sponsors' sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, will be the sole responsibility of winner.

7. Liability:

By entry into the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which shall be final in all respects. By entry into the Sweepstakes, participants agree that Madison Square Garden, L.P., Women's Entertainment LLC, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes shall not be liable for (i) injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded; or (ii) any failure of any event described herein to occur or a specified individual to appear (in which case, Sponsors may, at their sole discretion, substitute the affected portion of the prize). Except where prohibited by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes, participants consent to the use of their name, photo, video image, biographical data and/or likeness for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes by Sponsors as determined in Sponsors' discretion, without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, world wide and on the World Wide Web without notice, review, or approval, unless otherwise prohibited by law and upon request agrees to provide consent in writing to such use.

8. Sweepstakes Conditions:

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. By providing your e-mail address you consent to being contacted by e-mail by Sponsors and their affiliated companies. WINNER AND ENTRANTS RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, MADISON SQUARE GARDEN, L.P., WOMEN'S ENTERTAINMENT LLC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSSES, TO ANY PERSON (INCLUDING DEATH), OR PROPERTY, OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

9. Claims/Choice of Law:

(a) Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes (if any) but in no event attorneys fees; and (b) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, and hereby waives all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant, or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in that State. All participants who enter the Sweepstakes agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York and agree to waive the right to a jury trial with respect to any claim or dispute with regard to any aspect of the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes Rules.
